Arent Fox Interview Questions

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked some behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and some about my interest in the company and why I'm passionate about this field. There were two interviewers, and they ended up asking some of the same questions. One interviewer was more serious, while the other was more laid-back.

It was a really nice and thorough interview. They seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to make a decision about hiring me. Overall, the whole thing felt fair and wasn't intimidating at all. I got the offer letter and other papers right away.

I spoke with three different levels at the firm: HR, management, and my potential coworkers. Everyone was nice and professional. It took about two weeks to get everyone's schedules aligned. It's through an outside recruiting service, so it helps if your recruiter actually knows what the job is about, so no one wastes time.
