I spoke with everyone, leads from different teams, and management too. They were really nice and didn't waste my time. It was a good group and they knew their stuff. They gave me a food voucher. We talked about workflows, how I approach problems, and how I handle different situations.
I applied and then had a phone screening. After that, I was given an art test. Then there was a video interview. They made a decision after that, though being ghosted this far in could also be considered a decision.
I sent out my resume and after about two weeks, HR got back to me to set up a team meeting. If I get selected after that, I'll meet with the hiring manager and do an accounting group interview where I'll have an Excel test. I just finished the HR interview. The whole thing might take about 3 weeks and it's still in progress.
