started with a group interview, after a presentation, checked resume, languages spoken and level, time of experience and where, how to deal with stress and if all documentation is in order.
El proceso fue bastante estándar y básico, con preguntas muy comunes. No se profundizó mucho en aspectos técnicos, sino más bien en lo general. Aunque llegué muy preparado, sentí que realizan muchas entrevistas y que el proceso es algo mecánico.
The interview process is pretty standard with the site manager and director, and once approved, you join the teams and take on your responsibilities.
