Candidate-reported interview process

It was a virtual interview that consisted of 3 parts, each lasting about 30-40 minutes. They contacted all my references, including my previous and current employer. Make sure you are ready to ask them questions and have researched their mission statement beforehand.

The hiring process was simple and straightforward. It involved one interview with HR and the division manager. They asked standard interview questions. I received a call back with a job offer within a week, which was much faster than other companies that take over a month.

It was really chill and not stressful at all. The questions were about your experience, schooling, and abilities. If you've worked in social services before, this job might be a good fit, offering a mix of hands-on and office tasks.
