Area 23 Interview Questions

It was a pretty fast and simple process. No case study or anything like that. There were 3 rounds total: one with the recruiter, then the head of account, and finally the rest of the team. It was a short process with no real surprises. The recruiters were really nice and helpful.

I went through a couple of informal chats with people on the team, then had two meetings with planning department leads. In those meetings, I presented and talked about two creative briefs I'd made previously.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter who initially started talking about an Account Manager position. After I clarified I applied for the Associate Project Manager role, they corrected themselves. The screening included standard questions about my career aspirations and past work experiences. I was approved for the next round, but after chasing the second recruiter multiple times, I never heard back.
