Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty straight forward. The recruiter I spoke with didn't seem too excited on the phone but the process went just fine. Recruiter was good about communicating feedback to me on why they didn't move forward. Appreciated the transparency.

I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter. We had a good talk - they really went into detail about the job and the company, not ignoring the tough parts of the role. They were super happy with my background since I pretty much nailed all the requirements for the job which had a lot of different duties. Even though the recruiter was really pushing for me to move on, the hiring managers decided not to interview me and I got rejected quickly.

The interview process involved a lot of questions asking me to talk about different scenarios. For example, they asked about difficult conversations I've had, or times I've needed to ask for help, and what my biggest weakness is.
