Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was held on-site at the Tampa location and lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. It was a casual back and forth conversation where we talked about my education and specifics about the job, including responsibilities not mentioned in the original job posting.

The interview process was great. The first call will be to get you oriented in the field you applied and what are your possibilities. The second call will be about discussing if you are really capable of doing the job.

I applied online. I got a call the same day asking me to come in for an interview. When I got there, I had to fill out two forms. One was for background information (like name, birthday, address, ethnicity), and the other was about my job experiences and references. Then, I was interviewed by two staff members.
