It was a three-stage process: two phone screens and then a 4-hour interview. The phone screens were pretty straightforward, but the in-person one felt a bit chaotic. The questions they asked didn't always seem to relate to the job, and honestly, I didn't get a great impression of the leadership team.
We had a phone screen first, then an on-site face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, about 6-7 people interviewed me, asking different coding questions and questions about my previous job. A heads-up if you're on an H-1B visa: be cautious when accepting offers.
I interviewed with the manager for the role, who is the SVP of Services. I also met with the VP of Marketing, VP of Product Management, several peers, and the CEO. The VP of Marketing gave a really good presentation about the product and services. They even invited me to their conference so I could meet more managers and learn about the products and customers. The HR and recruiting director were super helpful and got the interviews set up really quickly.
