First there was a pen and paper aptitude test, it had 2 sections with a mix of reasoning and quant questions, about 30 questions total and 20 was the cutoff to qualify. I passed that round and then went for an interview. The interviewer asked me some DBMS questions, some SQL join queries, 2-3 DSA questions, and we discussed my projects.
It was a very poor and unfair experience. They made us wait for a really long time, and the interview process took the entire day. It was hectic. Other MNCs are more positive towards their employees. It took them 12 hours to interview 30 candidates.
For campus placement, first there was a pen and paper mcq round that included comprehension and graphs. Then, a pen and paper coding round followed. After that, there were three interview rounds: two technical and one HR. They asked basic dsa questions along with puzzles, some Java specific questions and SQL too.
