Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process is quick, and it's got two main parts. First, you'll chat with the recruiter for like 30 minutes over the phone. Then, if that goes well, you move on to a second interview that's about 2 hours long. This second part has three mock calls, you'll meet with some sales leaders, and finally, you'll get to ask questions to the current SDRs to see if the company is a good fit for you.

The interview process was quite fast and not stressful at all. It involved several virtual interviews and a background check. They also had us do a role-playing exercise using a provided script.

The interview questions were pretty basic and didn't really help find a good candidate. The interviewer seemed to mean well, but couldn't really answer my questions about the company culture and morale.
