Candidate-reported interview process
The first interview was fine, though someone else interviewed me since the doctor couldn't make it. Just as I was getting ready to leave my place after getting really good feedback on that first interview, I got a text saying, "Don't waste your time, we've selected a candidate." A few months later, apparently that candidate didn't work out, so they're hiring again. I'm not interested anymore, though!
The interview process was straightforward, including a writing test that was manageable. Be ready for case study questions related to the writing test during the interview itself. If you prepare well, it shouldn't be too difficult.
So there were 2 rounds for this. Most questions were okay, nothing cliché like 'what are your weaknesses'. The second interview was basically a chat where I could learn more about the company. I got an offer really fast after the second round, it was super efficient.
