Archetype Analyst interviews, decoded.

Had an online assessment, then two interview rounds. The first was a behavioral interview, and then they asked a single case-type question. The final round included another behavioral interview, and then a full case study. They mentioned they'd get back to me within two weeks, but I didn't hear back for over three weeks, and that was only after I contacted them to check on my application.

The interview was set up like a typical consulting interview, starting with personal questions and then moving into a case study. The cases covered a range of topics, from standard business scenarios to more brain-teaser type problems. Even though it was virtual, the interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to.

I applied online and then got an email to do an online assessment. I felt like I did well but then got rejected a few days later. They didn't give me any info on my assessment results.
