Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a phone screen with either the recruiter or hiring manager. Then, there was a 30-minute video call with a lead engineer and possibly a co-lead. The interview began with some behavioral questions. The latter half of the interview was quite technical, focusing on specific projects mentioned on your resume. Make sure to brush up on controls concepts and be ready to justify any decisions you made in past designs or projects.

Great role for power electronics and a reasonable interview. They asked about basic analog fundamentals. There was one screening interview with the HR person and then one manager. The questions weren't too difficult and mainly asked about my resume.

I had a recruiter call where they reviewed my resume and asked some technical questions related to my experience. Unfortunately, they didn't follow up and I never heard back after multiple emails.
