Applied online and found a travel agent role that seemed perfect because I love traveling and live in a small town. But it turned out you had to pay monthly, which felt scammy. I attended a Zoom meeting, which lasted about an hour. Lots of other people were there too, but cameras and mics were off, and we could only use the chat. The presenter was nice, but I don't think I'll move forward with this. It's an MLM, and jobs shouldn't require payment.
I had a conversation about some nice benefits, but it felt a bit shady. Then I sat through a training session where the presenter spoke really fast to rush people into signing up.
The interview process was quick and easy, and I was very impressed with the information provided about what is expected of employees. I would recommend this company. The Zoom call made it easy to understand the company.
