I applied on LinkedIn and then a third party reached out asking me to answer some questions before getting an interview. These questions were about how I manage my time and how I get people to agree with me. Then I had a Facetime call which was mostly them telling me about the job and asking basic questions. A week later, I went into the office for an interview with two directors. They were really nice and it felt like a normal interview, no weird questions.
I had an in-person interview with the department head, HR manager, and department manager. It was quick and direct. They asked me about my work experience and clearly described what they expected if I were hired.
The interview process was long, but they made their decision quickly and I received a call the next day from HR about their decision, including a letter detailing salary and benefits.
