Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty easy and relaxed. You do need a Virtus certification and fingerprinting, which I think lasts for 4 years. The interview itself was quite typical, and everyone on the staff and the HR team was really friendly.

The interview process was straightforward and the employees were welcoming. All the managers I spoke with were pleasant and approachable, making conversation easy. We started with basic introductions and then discussed the details of the role.

I met with the leadership of the department I would have worked with, and also leaders from other departments. The panel members each asked two questions. Before that, I gave a presentation to the panel about a topic they chose.
