Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter called me and we did a phone interview. I got an offer right after the phone call. During the call, they asked about shift availability (day, eve, or night). We briefly discussed benefits and orientation, which I specifically inquired about. They also asked how soon I could start, preferring ASAP. It was a pretty simple interview, with questions pretty standard for this kind of role.

Applied online and got a call from HR manager the next day. They had me take a Wonderlic test. Then, the Nursing Director called me for a phone interview and offered me the job. The process was professional, and they asked for more documents, which I gave them.

I submitted my resume online and got a call about 7 days later. They sent me a link for a personality test. My interview was scheduled for 2 days after that. It was fast and nice, I did a timed test and then met with the Assistant Director of Nursing who hired me right away.
