it was more of a conversation than an interview, like you have to sell yourself outside of the resume. They might ask a question or two about your resume for extra details but it is more of a selling point.

It was pretty quick. I talked to the location manager and the regional manager. Before that, a recruiter gave me a call to tell me about the company and the job.

The interview process included various questions about my experience and the retail environment. I was also asked about cold calling clients, helping customers find cell service within their budget, and how I could contribute to bringing in new clients and closing sales.
