The interview process involved two remote rounds. The first round was a technical interview, and the second was a managerial interview. Both were conducted remotely and were of medium difficulty. The HR team was very polite and always available.
The interview wasn't really structured. I spoke with a recruiter who seemed to be from another country. It was a really strange interview. They put all the questions in the chat and had me read them aloud and answer them one by one. It felt awkward. After that, I never heard back from them.
The CEO saw my profile on LinkedIn and reached out directly. We then had a long phone call, and two days later, I had an in-person panel discussion. It was a comfortable and friendly environment. The CEO was very decisive and extended an offer right after the group discussion. My interview and work experience have been extremely positive.
