Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was an aptitude test. Then, a technical round focused on derivatives and financial accounting. Finally, a third round involved both technical questions and a review of my CV, including detailed questions about financial statements, market differences, derivatives, options, yield curves, leasing vs. hire purchase, bonds, inflation, demand/supply, monetary policy, SIPs, stock splits, financial modeling, greenfield/brownfield projects, repo rates, economic indicators, market capitalization, and present/future values of annuities.

I interviewed with Arcesium and it was pretty cool, very professional and made me think. They really checked out my skills, how I solve problems, and if I'd fit in.

I got a call from HR about the arcesium job. The process had two technical interviews and one HR interview. Everything was online. I passed the first round and was told about the second round the very next day. Sadly, I didn't make it past the second round.
