I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the recruiter within a couple of days. It started with a HackerRank test, then a phone screening, and finally onsite interviews. The HackerRank had one question involving calling an API and then sorting or grouping records, which was pretty easy. For the phone screening, I was given some read and write requirements and we discussed all the software development aspects like hardware estimation, data model, DB choice, app server, caching, and REST API.
A third-party agency reached out to me about this position. The interview process involved two rounds. The first was a hacker rank challenge, and the second was a video call with one of their Engineering Leads.
Had an initial HR call for the role in Bangalore. Then went through two stages: an online Data Structures and Algorithms round followed by a technical screening. Got rejected the next day via email, citing a mismatch in skills.
