I went through three interviews with management, each one a step up in seniority. They mainly asked the same things in each interview. In the second one, they asked about my salary expectations. Then I had a third and final interview. About two weeks later, I got the offer. It was hourly and 30k less than I had expected. I really wanted this job, but I had to decline it. They shouldn't have advanced me.
