The interview process was professional and well thought-out. It started with an HR call, then a site-manager interview. The first part was more general, while the second focused on job-specific questions. The first phase was one-on-one, but the second phase was a group interview with several site representatives alongside the site manager.
You'll be interviewed by the main manager and two other engineers, and they're really professional and will tell you what to expect. This position isn't for everyone, and they want to know you're serious and won't quit after a couple months. They're very serious people.
They gave me a detailed rundown of the job and what it involves. They asked me about what I want, what I'm good at, and what makes me tick. The people interviewing were nice and clear about what they were looking for. The manager and an engineer did the interview.
