Candidate-reported interview process
It was a normal formal interview process, and they asked basic common questions. The interviewers were looking at answers and basing them off the STAR Techniques. The interview did not seem professional though, so I'm not sure about the whole thing.
There was a group interview where we had to tackle an engineering problem. We discussed how to fix it, came up with some ideas, and then presented them. After that, I had a one-on-one chat with HR and someone from the team for the role I applied for, which was pretty chill and about my interests.
The assessment day was pretty good. We had a group discussion on a topic. We got 10 minutes to get familiar with the topic, then an hour to discuss it, and finally 10 minutes for presentations. After that, I chatted with some other graduate engineers at the company.
