Arcadis Consultant interviews, decoded.

The interview process was quick from applying to the first HR interview, then to the second interview with the hiring team. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. However, after the second interview, Arcadis totally ghosted me and I didn't hear anything back for over 6 weeks, even after following up. I expected better from the company. I know a lot of applications don't get replies, but ignoring someone after two interviews is just rude.

The interviewers were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. They asked about why I wanted to work there and general 'tell me a time when' behavioral questions. Then, the interview got tougher with questions about job specifics, like hazard assessments and health and safety knowledge, which I wasn't ready for.

The interview experience was alright; I genuinely liked the whole thing. Some questions were a bit out there and not really relevant, and I heard some information repeated about it being a 'desk job.' But overall, I'd say it was a really good interview.
