Arcadis Civil / Structural Engineer interviews, decoded.

I went to the London office for the interview. I had to present my response to a pre-set brief, talk about my experience, and answer some questions on basic structural engineering principles. The interviewers were really nice, so it was a pleasant experience.

I got my conditional offer during part-time at Arcadis, so no interview was needed for this graduate role. For my internship interview, they asked why I wanted to join and what I learned in university. That was it.

It was a good interview experience, they had technical questions for me to answer. Background from previous work experiences were asked. Nice people, good office environment. Organized interview process, HR was very helpful. Interview was quick.
