Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was focused, engaging and welcoming. They gave a good description of the role and answered all my questions. They were informative throughout the process and followed up with a clear offer letter and contract.

So I had a Zoom call first, then a test, and then they had me come in person to see if I'd be a culture fit. They told me the salary upfront, even though I said I'd take a pay cut. It's kinda insulting to go through two interviews and a pay cut just for them to not hire anyone. Total waste of my time.

The first round is a zoom call with admissions reps where they ask some basic questions. Then, you have a second round on campus in Glenside with admissions reps and the search committee.
