They sent out a questionnaire first, then had a video interview, and finally an assessment centre with group exercises and a 1:1. It took them ages to get back to me after the video interview, like 6 weeks, even though the job was supposed to start right away. Super unprofessional.

After your application is reviewed, you'll need to pass a maths test. If successful, you'll then do a video interview with 4-5 questions, where you only have 30 seconds to answer each one. If they like your video, you'll be invited to their London office for a one-on-one interview. I waited over 3 weeks for a response after emailing them, which was disappointing and would make me hesitant to apply again.
