Candidate-reported interview process

It was a friendly and quick interview. They were keen to learn about me and my work ethic. They explained the role I applied for in detail. Overall, it was a relaxed interview.

The manager had me fill out a paper application even though I already did one online. He then asked me some standard interview questions. For the second interview, the manager seemed to have forgotten about me and realized he gave me the wrong date. I turned down his offer for another interview the following week.

You arrive at the store you'll be working at. The assistant manager conducts the initial interview, followed by the GM for the second interview. After that, you'll be notified if you got the job and scheduled for orientation to start your work.
