Candidate-reported interview process

It was an easy application and interview process. Everything is done virtually, and communication via email was quick. They really want to get to know you as a person during the interview, which is with the GM and DM. The pay is great.

The interview was very informative. The manager who interviewed me was very detailed and honest. She took her time to answer any questions I had. We went over a lot of "what if" scenarios and it definitely prepared me for the position. She even went as far as introducing some of the employees to me before I was officially offered the position.

The manager met with me in the lobby to discuss my past work experiences and what I'm interested in. We also went over the job's duties and what would be expected of me. It felt like a typical interview.
