Candidate-reported interview process

I had three phone interviews that went really well. They asked questions and scenarios about how I would handle certain situations. They were very friendly and encouraging. It was very easy to talk to them.

The first interview felt very welcoming, like visiting friends. The interviewer took notes, maintained eye contact, and smiled. The conversation was friendly and comfortable. At the end, I was given a handshake and told there would be a follow-up. I was contacted the same day for a second interview. The second interview was similar, but with two interviewers. It remained very comfortable and friendly, like catching up with old friends.

Had a short phone call, then a face-to-face interview which required a 4-hour drive. I really hope I get the job. The regional manager was very pleasant and seemed to know a lot.
