They did a typical phone screen, then a writing test where I had to make slides. After that, there was a group interview and then an interview with company leadership. Everyone was really nice and friendly; nobody tried to make things difficult.
It was a process with a few steps. First, there was a writing and powerpoint test. Then, I had interviews with people on the content team and with executives. These were spread out over a few days. Most of the interview time felt like a conversation.
I had to make a PowerPoint presentation after reviewing a couple of articles on neurodegeneration. They wanted to check my basic PPT skills. I also met with some team leaders who didn't seem very thoughtful or qualified.
