It was a really smooth and easy interview process. First, the director called me directly on the phone, mostly talking about himself and the role. Then, within two days, I was asked to formally interview the team via a one-hour Teams meeting. A panel of 4 people asked general interview questions at the same time, which made the process very smooth. I got a job offer the following week.
It was pretty straight forward. There were some standard questions. First, a phone screen to see if I was a good fit, then a phone interview, and after that, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and then a small panel with hiring and area managers.
They want to make sure you are team oriented, have good time management and are reliable. They look for someone who is personable and energetic. The interviewers are easy to talk to and love to be asked questions about the company and culture.
