First had a phone interview, was asked technical questions primarily then an on-site interview, consisting of speaking with multiple employees within the company asking me technical questions, my experience, personal projects.
This was the smoothest interview process I've had with both startups and big companies. I went through three interviews and they all felt really relaxed and not overly structured.
It was a pretty standard interview format. First, a recruiter called, then a phone screen, and finally an in-person interview with about 4 to 5 people. The interview difficulty was good, with questions covering various domains.
