It was a 4-step process: first a phone interview where they told me the salary and asked some situational questions beyond the basics, then an in-person with the Hiring Manager, followed by a take-home test, and finally a panel interview.
The interview process was standard, and communication from the team was excellent. It's quite disheartening, though, if you reach the third round and they make it seem like you've got the job, only to hire someone else.
The interview process included a phone screen, a video call with the hiring manager, and an on-site interview. It moved along quickly but was quite thorough. All the people I met were intelligent, authentic, and very nice. It was a good experience overall and gave me a high impression of the company and its employees. I was rejected by the recruiter over the phone.
