Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a fit call, a case study which was a "Moc Call", and an in-person interview. I didn't find Glassdoor very useful for preparation, and it seems many negative reviews came from competitors.

I applied through my university's job portal and submitted a writing sample. After that, I just had one phone call and got an offer really quickly. The whole process was pretty short and sweet. I've heard some places do two phone screens, but not here.

It was a two-round phone interview process. It was pretty straightforward, covering why I'm interested in investment banking, my relevant experience, and a recent deal I liked. They didn't ask too many valuation questions, but they did ask if I could do a waterfall analysis.
