Candidate-reported interview process

I had a typical phone screen, and then I was invited to move forward to a director-level interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was almost 15 minutes late, and instead of extending the interview to make up for the delay, it was quickly rushed. I could tell she was a bit distracted and hadn't thoroughly reviewed my resume. About two and half weeks later, I received an automatic rejection email, which I found a bit unprofessional considering I had already gone through two steps in the process.

It started with a phone screen, asking some basic questions to see if I qualified. Then, a follow-up call was set up with the hiring manager. However, the hiring manager didn't call when they were supposed to. When I reached out to check on the appointment, it was made to seem like I messed up. They didn't apologize or call, even though I spent a lot of time getting ready for the interview. The company just seems unprofessional.

The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but the interviewer was 10 minutes late and it ended up lasting an hour. They said it was an entry level job, but spent the whole time asking about the OSI layer, which is not really an entry level topic. I was told I'd get a second interview, but then I was ghosted.
