The whole process was smooth, but it took months. It started with an 8-hour on-site job sample test (MCQ test). Then there was a 30min tech interview and a 30min HR interview.
The interview process was really professional and straightforward. Overall, it was a good experience. The questions asked were mostly related to the specific role I applied for. While some questions were challenging, most of them were general programming questions.
The hiring process was pretty seamless overall. It involved two tests and two interviews. The first test had multiple choice questions covering logic and math. The second test was a coding assessment with four moderately challenging problems, which were sufficient to gauge a candidate's understanding of the subject area. Ample time was provided for each question. The first interview was a 30-minute technical one, which was quite easy. The second interview was with HR and consisted of typical behavioral questions.
