It was more thorough than I thought necessary for this role, but HR was upfront about the process so I knew what to expect. The process included a 30-minute HR phone call, a 1-hour Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager, and then two separate 1-hour in-person meetings, one with the Hiring Manager and then another with the Hiring Manager and some Executives.
It was really drawn out. A lot of stages and people were involved. They gave me an assignment at the end that I had to present to a group. They kept adding more people for me to talk to.
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. It wasn't too cumbersome and was over pretty quickly. The only slight issue was that half the interviewers were remote, which wasn't the best first impression.
