Scheduling and follow-up were great. They combined all my interviews into one day. They communicated excellently throughout the whole process. The recruiter kept me in the loop about interview progress and the offer status. I always knew what was happening next.

I talked to the manager of the actuarial team, and it was mostly about vibes. I'm sure it's different for other teams since you interview straight with the manager. They asked super behavioral questions.

I went to HQ for 2 in-person interviews. About two weeks later, I was told they passed on my application. The director of the department I talked to in the second interview wasn't very welcoming or friendly. Honestly, Arbella shouldn't make candidates travel for two separate in-person interviews, especially now in 2024. It was a shame to waste my time and money traveling for nothing.
