Had a phone screen with the recruiter first. Then I talked to the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. The final round was a panel with two directors and the head of HR. They had a whole packet of technical and behavioral questions for me. The panel was supposed to be an hour but it ended up being 90 minutes. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time because they decided to go with someone internal, which they kind of hinted at by saying how much they like moving people around internally to fill positions.
There were two group interviews. The first one was more general, asking typical questions and requesting a STAR method response. The second interview dove deeper into questions and specific situations you might encounter in this role.
Got a quick call screening first, then a virtual interview. It was pretty fast, straightforward, and nice. They asked a bunch of behavioral questions and I got plenty of time to talk about myself and my past experiences.
