Aramark Warehouse / Fulfillment Associate interviews, decoded.

I submitted my resume through a friend who worked there. The first step was a corporate phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview on location. They gave me a tour and asked me about food service and my previous experience managing subordinates. It was pretty laid back.

It was a relaxed, easy-going process. I spoke with the department manager. They asked basic questions, gave an overview of the job and company, and showed me around the warehouse to walk through a typical day. The manager demonstrated how orders are filled and showed me an example of how they are printed. We walked around a bit and saw some of the merchandise. It was an accurate description of their daily operations.

First you'll have a phone interview, then you'll meet with the Purchasing Supervisor. If they seem to like you, you'll likely get a tour of the warehouse or facility. After that, if they're still considering you, you'll be called in to interview with the General Manager.
