Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 1:1 phone screen where they asked me some basic questions about my resume. They also asked me open-ended and hypothetical questions about the business climate of Aramark and how I would respond to that type of environment. For example, they asked about how I work with bad data, not much direction, and being in a relatively new department.

The interview process had 3 rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by 2 more rounds. Both of the interviews after the HR screening were conducted on-site. The whole process took about three weeks to complete.

The interview process was smooth, and I enjoyed learning about the company, the team, and the business model. Overall, it was a good interview experience. Thanks for having me.
