Candidate-reported interview process

I met with the local GM to discuss my background and the job qualifications. There are no GPS devices on the trucks. They have you start as a fill-in driver where you will get a call early in the morning if you are needed to fill in. It's an hourly pay position.

It was pretty basic. They asked standard questions about how I handled stressful situations. Since I was applying for a program right after college, they also asked if I'd be interested in getting experience across different business areas.

I first spoke with a recruiter at a career fair, and we had a follow-up chat the very next morning. After that, I had another phone interview, and then they offered me the job. The whole thing took a few weeks.
