Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty chill. I had to match my resume and experiences to the job duties. I talked to another marketing coordinator from a different school.

It began with an initial phone interview with two interviewers. They asked standard interview questions and were very friendly. For this specific role, they asked open-ended questions to see how I would handle certain situations or contribute to the company. They seemed very focused on finding the right fit and ensuring I would grow with them. Although I wasn't the right fit for this position, I was contacted later that day and informed I wouldn't proceed. However, if they really like you, they will explore other opportunities within the company where your skills might be a better match. They considered me for another role where they thought my skills would be beneficial.

I first spoke with the on-site District Manager. Then, I had my second interview with the Regional Marketing Director, who happened to be in town that week. After waiting three weeks post-interview, I got the offer.
