HR Recruiter called me up for a first chat. After I passed the basic questions, I got a call from the Plant Manager who did a face-to-face interview. It was about an hour of questions, then another hour touring the plant, meeting people, and chatting about the facility. After that, I had two more phone screens, one with the Senior Director of Plant Operations and then the GM of the location. Both went fine, and a couple weeks later, I got a job offer.
I was called in for an interview at 9 am, but I let them know I couldn't make it exactly on time due to drive time and would be there as soon as I could, and they said that was fine. When I got there, I had to fill out an application and then wait for the interviewer. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was told he was on a conference call and would see me soon. About 10 minutes later, he came out, greeted me, and then said he had to do something in the warehouse and would be right back. I waited about 30 more minutes before he finally came to interview me. The interview itself was quick and pretty standard, and then I was sent for a drug test.
The interview was pretty quick, just 15 minutes. I chatted with the production and operations manager. They asked me about my past job and then explained the role to me. After that, we walked around the production floor.
