Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process involved my supervisor, an HR representative, and the director. After I applied, I was offered several time slots to choose from, and I selected one that fit my schedule. For attire, I wore slacks, a dress shirt, and a tie, although I felt the tie made me overdressed. Perhaps wearing just an open-collar shirt would be more appropriate.
It was a really laid-back interview process. First, I chatted one-on-one with my direct manager. Then, I had a chat with the HR manager at the location. After that, they made me an offer, and I had to complete a background and drug test.
The interview process was casual, yet professional, and I felt quite at ease. It ran a bit longer than anticipated, but it went well. They were really interested in hearing about what I could contribute. They asked general questions.
