The interview process was well organized, starting with a phone interview and moving to an on-site. They covered most of the important aspects, although they weren't completely upfront about the specifics of the position, the account's status, or the existing systems.
I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then I talked to the district manager. The questions were pretty standard. The whole hiring process was pretty straightforward, including a drug screen, background check, and reference check. I only spoke with two people.
They made me drive 300 miles each way for an interview with the VP. They said they would pay for expenses, but never did. Then they flew me from the west coast to Chicago to meet the president. The president showed up an hour late, asked 3-4 questions, and then left. There was zero empathy.
