Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was pretty basic, they asked for all the supported documents. The background check took 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I received my offer letter. As I was an international student, I needed a SSN, which alone took 2 weeks to get delivered to my home. After receiving it, I started working.
The interview process was easy and took about half an hour. I had to clear a technical round and it was a good interview. They evaluated me on my prior experience. A plant tour was also conducted. The overall experience was good.
I filled out the form and was invited to a video interview. It was pre-recorded, not live. I had 2 tries to record an answer to 6 generic interview questions. After that, I had to fill out a survey about location preferences. It was very low stress. I passed the interview but didn't get a place.
