Aramark Executive Assistant interviews, decoded.

Really good experience and I would like to interview there again. The interviewer made me feel at ease. The location of the interview was easy to get to and I rather enjoyed it.

My recruiter was a contractor and left the day before my interview, so I waited in the lobby for about an hour until security could find someone to take me to meet the manager. I then met with four different managers. After that, I met with the recruiter again. She walked me backwards toward the doors and out to the elevator, without asking about my thoughts on the meetings or how they went.

It started with a job fair where I was one of two people interviewed by the HR manager. I was asked around 5-6 questions and then invited back for a second interview the same day. The second interview included the HR manager, a director, and the person whose job I would be partially taking over. They mentioned I'd be counting money daily, but it wasn't clear about a timeframe, which I might have needed to know to decide if I'd accept the offer.
